[ARCHIVED] Mayor's Roundtable Discussion: Congressman Jeff Fortenberry

United States Congressman Jeff Fortenberry will be Mayor Moser’s special guest at 3 p.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2013, for the Mayor’s “Roundtable Discussion” to be held in the City Council Chambers, 1369 25 Avenue, Columbus, NE.

City Council President Ron Schilling and Columbus Chamber of Commerce President K. C. Belitz will also sit in on the panel with the Congressman and Mayor. Congressman Fortenberry will also take questions from the audience.

A United States Representative for Nebraska’s first congressional district since 2005, Congressman Fortenberry will inform citizens of his service to Nebraska’s first district. Fortenberry was listed by Foreign Policy magazine in 2010 as a “new Republican powerbroker” on nuclear security issues. He is a member of the Republican Main Street Partnership.
