Columbus Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) members, including Kelly (Daniels) Jackson, Dan Hellbusch, and Scott Mueller will be special guests of Mayor Moser for his Roundtable Discussion which will be held 7 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2015.

The Roundtable is held in the City Council Chambers, 1369 25 Avenue, Columbus, NE. CSA participants will discuss how they are establishing a “natural, local products sales opportunity” beginning this spring that will run through the summer. Preparation of locally grown vegetables and fruits, farm raised eggs, beef, pork and poultry would be prepared daily or weekly for interested customers.

Fire Chief Dean Hefti will also be a guest and he will talk about the burn ban that is now in effect due to very dry conditions.

This program will be broadcast on Time Warner Channels 5 and 97.1. You may also view the next day by going to the city’s web site, www.columbusne.us under “E-Services – Media Center.”
