Are you ready for some ghoulish fun? If so, then make plans to attend “Ghosts, Goblins, and Ghouls!” on Sunday, October 29th at 2:00 p.m. Dorothy Rieke will lead a discussion about what makes a story scary, providing plenty of terrifying examples along the way. Dorothy’s experience teaching high school for nine years, and then over thirty years teaching English in the Auburn Middle School, have made her quite skilled at applying elements of scary stories to keep kids of all ages enthralled. “Ghosts, Goblins, and Ghouls!” is geared toward students in 3rd Grade all the way up to adult, and is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library and Girl Scout Troop 50331.
