We The People can finish delivering what George Washington promised: House districts not exceeding 50,000 people, to limit the power of Congress. This was the only subject that George Washington rose to speak about, at the Philadelphia Convention. Small districts to limit politicians’ power was so important to the founders, they made it ‘Article the First’ in our Bill of Rights!
