Library services are provided to all residents of Platte County, exclusive of the City of Humphrey (which levies a tax to support its own library) per the County Library Services contract.

In addition to walk-in access at the Columbus Public Library, the Bookmobile has many stops through-out the county. Any card-holder may use either the library or bookmobile, or both service outlets.

Those living outside our service area may purchase a library card to access services.
