Operations
Airport operations provide for the overall safety and security of the airport. This includes the safety of airport tenants, transient, and local pilots and keeping runways, taxiways, and hangars safe from potential hazards. Airport operations include acting as the safety coordinator for security issues that exist at the airport in compliance with the Transportation Security Administration guidelines. Airport operations oversees all construction projects in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
