Add a subheading

Improved tennis courts at Gerrard Park could soon be a reality, but the City's Parks and Recreation Department first wants the community's input.

The Parks and Recreation Department has issued a community survey to get the public's input about putting in new tennis/pickleball/basketball combo courts at Gerrard Park or possibly at another location. The survey can be taken here

"We are excited to be able to offer the updated courts to our community and we are excited to hear their input so we look forward to seeing what the results are from the survey and any input that the community would like to give us," Parks and Recreation Manager Betsy Eckhardt said.

Gerrard Park is at 4340 27th St. The 25-acre park features six lighted softball/baseball fields for late evening or night play; six tennis courts; a playground; shelter areas; two restrooms and two concession stands.
