[ARCHIVED] Highway US-81/US-30 Resurfacing

Work is scheduled to begin the week of April 7th on Highway US-81/US-30 in and south of Columbus.

The project will begin at the north end of the Platte River Bridge and extend north to just south of the 33rd Avenue and 6th Street intersection. Improvements will consist of repairing the underlying concrete pavement, milling the surface of the existing roadway and resurfacing with asphalt. The portion of the project on 33rd Avenue from 15th Street to 23rd Street will be performed during night time hours only. Traffic will be maintained during construction. Anticipated completion is fall, 2014. Please use caution when traveling through this construction zone.
