It is once again time to think about City Licenses for your pets. All dogs and cats over 6 months of age are required to have a City Animal License per City Ordinance.
Licenses are $13 for spayed or neutered and $25 for intact animals. Licenses can be purchased at the Animal Control Office or the following Vet Clinics: Columbus Small Animal Hospital, Pet Care Specialists, Redstone Veterinary Hospital and Twin Rivers Veterinary Clinic. Clinics may charge up to a $3 convenience fee for license sales. There are no additional fees when purchased at the Animal Control Office. Animal Control will be visiting local assisted living facilities in December to accommodate those residents and offers delivery to those who are disabled or not mobile.
