The eastbound outside lane (curb side) of 23rd Street between 23rd and 24th Avenues is scheduled to be closed starting Monday, March 30, 2015, to allow for utility construction for the adjacent development.
Weather pending, all lanes of 23rd Street will be opened by the end of the week.
Drivers are encouraged to use extreme caution and expect delays in the area.
