On September 19th, Saturday, at 2:00 pm in the Columbus library auditorium we will have a canning workshop. Jackie will show us how to preserve our garden produce with a delicious salsa recipe. It will be a hands on workshop for you to experience the process while she walk us through it. Tortilla chips will be provided to taste our homemade salsa! A library staff member will be present to translate instructions into Spanish. No registration is required, the workshop is free, and all items necessary will be provided. You will leave with your own jar of homemade salsa!
