[ARCHIVED] Severe Weather Awareness Week

March 21st thru March 25th has been designated as Nebraska/Iowa Severe Weather Awareness Week. This week has been set aside as a time that can be useful in preparing yourself, your family or your business for the hazards of Nebraska/Iowa weather.

Sirens will sound in Platte County during a simulated Tornado Drill which will take place on March 24, 2016, at 10:10 a.m. Outdoor Warning Siren testing will start April 2nd at 11 a.m. and continue on the first Saturday of the month until October.
