On Saturday, October 22nd at 2:00 p.m. in the Auditorium, the Columbus Public Library welcomes back Phyllis Bartholomew of the “Blue Ribbon Pies” fame, to teach a class on making tarts. She will demonstrate the steps of making the nut and berry tart so you can repeat the process at home. Phyllis always has fabulous tips to share that make her pies and tarts first prize winners. Above and beyond all this, Phyllis is bringing different flavors of her homemade tarts so we can taste test her work. Yum! There will be a drawing for the nut and berry tart that Phyllis makes in front of the class. Someone will be a lucky winner! No registration is needed and the class is free. Make plans to come!
