On Thursday, October 27th from 5-7 PM, the Downtown Business Association will once again sponsor a Trick or Treat event. Children can dress up in costumes and visit downtown merchants to receive treats. Make sure to stop by Frankfort Square between 4 and 7 PM for Halloween crafts, including face painting and tattoos, a decorate-a-pumpkin activity, a bouncy house, and the farmer’s market. The library will have a table set up for kids to make a ghoulish lollipop ghost they can take home. Once you are finished trick or treating downtown, come into the library for a free scratch-n-sniff bookmark and some yummy candy!
