Some City of Columbus departments will be closed Sunday, April 8, 2012, in observance of Easter.
Those closed include the Animal Control, Aquatic Center, Columbus Area Transit (CAT), all departments located in City Hall, Columbus Public Library, Recycle Center, and Senior Center.
The Yard Waste disposal located at the Transfer Station will be open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Both Quail Run and Van Berg golf courses will be open.
The Street Department, Wastewater, Water Production and Water Utility Service will be on call for any emergency.
The Columbus Fire and Police departments will be open 24-7 for all calls.
