Registration for Columbus Public Library’s summer reading program will be online beginning Tuesday, May 26th. This year’s theme is “Imagine Your Story”.
You will be able to register either by visiting our website at www.cplconnect.us or our Facebook page. Just click on the Beanstack link and follow the prompts. Adults may also request a registration packet with their curbside pickup.
Due to social gathering restrictions, our summer reading program will be as virtual as possible. Our children’s program will have “Show Days” on Mondays, Tuesdays will be “Project Days”, “Author and Illustrator Days” take place on Wednesdays, “Tween Days” for upper-elementary students will be on Thursdays, and “Special Guest Days” will finish out the week on Fridays. Our young adult program will have weekly activities, and teens can sign up to receive grab bags with the supplies they need to do fun crafts at home. Anyone 18 and over can enter one or all six of our Adult Short Story Contests. All summer reading participants will also be able to read for weekly prizes and drawings.
Join in on the fun this summer!
