[ARCHIVED] The Broken Mug Makes Commitment to Open Downtown Location

The Broken Mug owners Mandy and Todd Tuls have signed a five-year lease with the City of Columbus to lease a 915 sq. ft. space in the new Columbus Community Building, making this their third location since beginning operations in August 2017.

The downtown location will be serving hot, iced and frozen drinks including espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, smoothies and hot chocolate. In addition, there will be baked goods made fresh daily, and eventually once the shop has been open for a couple months they are hoping to be able to add breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos and lunch items like paninis, salads and soups.

The downtown location will be managed by Brookelyn Adams-Tuls who is currently a manager-in-training at The Broken Mug 22nd Street location. The Columbus City Council approved the lease agreement at their Monday, April 4 meeting.
