Hope Freshour is currently the executive director at Columbus Area United Way. Hope was born and raised in Columbus, Nebraska. She attended the University of South Dakota, double majoring in English and public relations. Hope went onto complete her master’s in education at National University in La Jolla, California. She is a certified coach and facilitator and has been working and serving in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years. Hope is married to Mitch and has three children. She loves hiking, running, the outdoors and Spartan racing and Nebraska sunsets.
